If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal means within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or competent court of jurisdiction. Players agree to exhaust all available internal resolution channels before initiating formal legal proceedings.

By using the ji58 Platform, you unconditionally consent to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and regulatory bodies for all matters arising under these Terms.
